Professor Cheng was invited to attend the 49th Global Plastic Surgery Conference held in Porto, Portugal.

It was a great honor to be invited by Dr. Manuel Caneiro and Dr. Alvaro Silva to attend the 49th Global Plastic Surgery Conference held in Porto, Portugal. This conference brought together plastic surgeons from around the world to present advancements in microsurgical treatment of lymphedema and robotic-assisted microsurgery using the Da Vinci system.

Professor Cheng delivered two presentations: "Patient Selection and Outcomes in Microsurgical Treatment of Lymphedema" and "Intracranial-Extracranial Arterial Bypass Surgery", both of which received enthusiastic feedback. We are grateful for the warm hospitality of the conference organizers and had the pleasure of meeting many outstanding participants.

Additionally, we enjoyed a delightful gathering with our friends from Portugal: Dr. Ricardo Horta, Dr. Gustavo Coelho, and Dr. Isabel Oliveira.
